This Disclaimer & Release of Liability (“Disclaimer”) applies to all visitors and users of the EZ Visa Marketplace platform, including Applicants, Professionals, Schools, Vendors, and any other parties interacting with EZ Visa Marketplace LLC (“EZ Visa Marketplace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using EZ Visa Marketplace, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Disclaimer.
1. Nature of Services
1.1. EZ Visa Marketplace is a technology platform that connects visa Applicants with Professionals, Schools, and Vendors.
1.2. EZ Visa Marketplace itself does not provide legal, immigration, or visa services, and does not guarantee visa issuance, status approval, or admission to any educational institution.
1.3. All legal or immigration services are provided solely by licensed Professionals who are independently responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
1.4. All educational services are provided solely by Schools duly authorized under U.S. law.
1.5. All ancillary services (e.g., housing, insurance, rentals) are provided solely by Vendors.
2. No Guarantee of Outcomes
2.1. Visa issuance, change of status, and immigration outcomes are determined exclusively by the U.S. government and its agencies (e.g., USCIS, Department of State, SEVP).
2.2. EZ Visa Marketplace makes no guarantees or warranties—express or implied—regarding approval, timing, or results of any immigration or educational application.
3. Limitation of Liability
3.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ Visa Marketplace shall not be liable for any loss, damages, delays, denials, or adverse outcomes arising from services provided by Professionals, Schools, or Vendors.
3.2. EZ Visa Marketplace is not responsible for errors, omissions, misconduct, or negligence of third parties connected through the Platform.
