EZ Visa Marketplace – Terms and Conditions

EZ Visa Marketplace LLC ("EZ Visa Marketplace," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company, operates a digital marketplace that connects visa applicants ("Applicants") with professionals (lawyers, paralegals, advisors), educational institutions ("Schools"), and third-party vendors ("Vendors"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EZ Visa Marketplace platform (the "Platform"). By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
1.1. "Applicant": An individual seeking visa-related assistance, services, or education opportunities.
1.2. "Professional": A verified immigration attorney, accredited representative, paralegal, or consultant authorized to provide services.
1.3. "School/Institution": A certified ESL institute, college, or university authorized to issue I-20 forms.
1.4. "Vendor": Third-party providers of supplementary services (e.g., housing, insurance, car rentals).
1.5. "User": Any Applicant, Professional, School, Vendor, or visitor to the Platform.
2. Accounts and Responsibilities
2.1. Applicants must provide accurate, current, and complete information, safeguard login credentials, and acknowledge that EZ Visa Marketplace does not provide legal advice or prepare immigration filings.
2.2. Professionals must submit valid credentials, licenses, or certifications, comply with applicable federal, state, and professional regulations, and agree not to provide services outside the Platform to bypass fees.
2.3. Schools must provide institutional accreditation and contact details and ensure compliance with SEVP and U.S. Department of Homeland Security requirements.
2.4. Vendors must provide truthful service information and comply with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
